The XV Mycological Days of the Nalón Valley will be held from the 23 to the 29 in November, and they participate in them 21 restaurants located in the five councils of the region They have developed their own menus.
The conference, convened by Astur Hongo with the collaboration of Hospitality and Tourism in Asturias OTEA, aims to raise awareness of wild mushrooms, which abound in the Principality but are still unknown by the general public. This is intended to boost consumption that in other years in the Nalón Valley was close to the 300 kilos of different varieties.
There will also be sale of different varieties of wild mushrooms (purple foot, boletus, chanterelles, chanterelles, trumpet of the dead, etc.) in the thirteen centers that El Arco and Ensupunto have in the mining region.
