The so-called R5 Plan of guided visits will be developed in five points of interest of Ribadesella. After the success of the visits to the rio riosellana in the summer of the 2013, a program of free guided visits for the present tourist season has been made.
The guided tours program is organized by the Ribadesella City Council and covers some of the most representative places of the riosellana village, a walk through the old town, a visit to the rula and the fishing port, an approach to the Indian past of the large houses ...

La 'Ruta Marinera de Ribadesella'inaugurated at 2013 is a tour of the local rula, which is complemented by a walk through the mosaics on the riosellana history that Antonio Mingote painted. During the visit, the different aspects related to the the sea and the sailors from Rio de Janeiro. They will also explain the operation of the table, the panel and the seats, a unique auction system in which each "fresqueru" -the buyer or his representative-had an assigned site and pressed a bell when he wanted to bid for the fish.
The guided tour program will be operational with a total of five daily frequencies All Holy Week and the months of July, August and the first half of September. It will also be offered on Wednesdays and weekends in May, June and second fortnights in April and September.
The coordination will be the responsibility of the Municipal Tourism Office and they will also offer guided tours of the town center in two itineraries, villa and beach. One will visit the historic center, the church, the widening, the port, the Paseo de la Grúa, the Mingote panels and the Guía hermitage. In the second, you can enjoy a walk to see the hórreo, the promenade of the marina, the urbanization of the marsh, the beach, the Indian architecture, the bridge of Pilar and the Malecón wetland.
