Reconstructed 19th century village house respecting the traditional architecture of Asturias. You will find us in Sograndio, an exemplary town in 1998 to enjoy the relaxation of the countryside with the advantage of its proximity to the capital, Oviedo, only to 8 kms.

Our rural accommodation is the key location to move around Asturias from east to west. We invite you to know the multiple possibilities of leisure and relaxation in a radius of 30 kms: beaches, hiking trails, relax in a spa-spa, sport, culture, leisure and gastronomy.

The house has three bedrooms, one double and two singles.

Our house is full rent and has two floors.
· On the ground floor is the living room with television, fully equipped kitchen with wood burning fireplace, and a bathroom with shower.
· On the second floor there are three bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub.

In the kitchen there is a dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator and small appliances (coffee maker, toaster, blender, juicer ...)
