The restaurant / seafood restaurant El Campanu is run by José Manuel Mori Cuesta 'El Marqués', a prestigious fisherman, who does not skimp when it comes to preparing for fishing and the gastronomy associated with it. His extensive experience has borne numerous fruits, such as the repeated fishing of the first salmon from the Asturian rivers: El Campanu. The Marquis has fished the Campanu no less than five times and in different rivers: Sella, Eo, Esva, Cares and Cantabria.
