The transport plan to the Lakes will be activated this summer between the 26 day in July and the 8 in September and it will be applied again during the bridge of the Constitution, December 6, 7, 8 and 9 days. The operation of the plan is discarded during the May, Pilar and November bridges, so that at that time the private vehicles will be able to circulate freely to the emblematic spot of the Picos de Europa.
During the periods of traffic regulation to the Lagos, a fleet of buses, with departures approximately every quarter hour, guarantees the movement of visitors between Cangas de Onís, Covadonga and the Lakes. The access will be allowed to vehicles for disabled people accredited, vehicles accredited by the Cangués city council, taxis and buses with authorization from the Transport Consortium of Asturias.
So that visitors can leave their vehicles are enabled four public car parks authorized, with a joint capacity of 1.600 places: Cangas de Onís Centro-P1, El Bosque-P2, Muñigo-P3 and El Repelao-P4.
