This fourth edition was presented to the media and to the general public this Thursday, 15, in October, at seven in the afternoon, at the establishment that won the last edition, the Quince Nudos.
The contest is organized by the Municipality of Ribadesella, with the aim of consolidating the municipality as a tourist destination in general and gastronomic in particular.
On October 27 the awards were given and the Quince Nudos restaurant, with "Bajamar", was the winner of the IV Ribadesella Pinchos Contest. The second prize, the Silver Pincho, went to Casa Juanito and his “Champiburguer”, while the third, Bronze Pincho, was awarded to the Attic by Tito Bustillo with a creation “De la tierra y otros cosas”.
The jury was formed by 4 gastronomic bloggers who, after tasting, valued the prizes mentioned above.
