In the collonuesa location of Huerres, the 8 and 9 days of February will take place the III Oricio Festival, and it will be possible to taste for 10 € a serving of oricios + a bottle of cider. Tasting of a wide variety of dishes made with orices, talks, master class, verbena ... These are the events of the two holidays:

From 12: 00 has 16: 00 h. Opening of the enclosure and I Mercaú Artesanal del Oriciu.
18: 00h Opening of the enclosure. I Culinary class in charge of Esther Manzano (Restaurant La Salgar Gijón Michelin star year 2014).
19: 00h II Master's gastronomic class by María Busta (Restaurant Eutimio Lastres).
20: 00h Talk and exhibition What do we know about the oricios? In charge of Isabel Neira (Hotel Bahía, Isla, Colunga). Degree in Biology, University of Oviedo. Master in Aquaculture University of Santiago Vigo and Coruña.
22: 30h Verbena enlivened by the Domino and Original Version Orchestras.
Domingo de Febrero 9
12: 00h Opening of the enclosure and of the I Traditional Craft Market of Oricio.
13: 00h Talk by Jose Antonio Fidalgo. Colunga official chronicler.
13: 30h Delivery of the Oriciu de Honor (Donation by Kiko Urrusti).
16: 00 h Closing of the III Festival of Oricio de Huerres.
Heated tent and a variety of culinary options: raw or cooked oricios, croquettes of orices, peppers stuffed with orices, patty of orices ...
