    From the 8 to the 14 in June, the second edition of the Week of Cachopo, contest organized by the City Council of Aller and by the tourist association "Aller Experiencias".

    The cachopo has become fashionable, and it is not for less because its strength and exquisiteness have caused that in recent years has become one of our most popular dishes.

    The restaurants of the council have organized this gastronomic event in which you can taste different varieties of cachopo.
    In total sixteen variations, among which is the traditional veal cachopo stuffed with cheese and ham, stuffed with cured meat and goat cheese or filled with cheese and chosco. In addition there are also wild boar sirloin with goat cheese and foie, Iberian pork stuffed cured loin and cheese or even cod, Biscayan sauce and aliloi ...

    The cachopos can be tasted for only 12 euros both during lunch and dinner. Also the members of the tourist loyalty program "Aller Adictos" will be able to enjoy a special price, since presenting their card in the participating restaurants will obtain an 10% discount.
