The second edition of GijónSeCome, the sustainable and responsible gastronomic festival of Asturias, returns with greater force if possible to give the event a more global concept. It will be celebrated between the 2 and the December 4, three days 100% culinary show.
This is an event, which takes place in the Fairground of Gijón, for those who are interested in good food and gastronomic leisure. This year there will be more free foodtrucks, tastings and workshops than in the last edition, from brewing beer to making desserts.
GijónSeCome has two scenarios planned - Mahou stage and IKEA stage - they will cook chefs with 'Michelin stars' and a special section of showcooking of Mahou Cooks. Among them will be Marcos Morán, José Antonio Campoviejo, Rodrigo Roza, Diego Fernández, Mariano Mier, Luis Veira or Alberto González Prelcic ... and some contestants from MasterChef such as Estela Antuña or Mateo Sierra.
Also, the free workshops area will feature prestigious speakers such as Canal Cocina chef Gonzalo D'Ambrosio, blogger Elka Mocker, master chocolatier David Pallás and nutrition expert Juan Llorca. Also attending the gourmet Pep Palau, director of the prestigious Gastronomic Forum, the largest national gastronomic event.
