On the weekend of the 7, 8 and 9 in December, the Llanes Casino will host gastronomic meetings called «Chocolate Bridges», in which several of the main figures of Asturian cuisine will be present to offer talks and tastings.
Friday 7 December:
The first of the days will have as protagonist the chef of Basque origin settled in Avilés Koldo Miranda, and will be dedicated to chocolate in the world of cocktails. The appointment is at seven thirty in the afternoon and will give way to a cocktail tasting at about nine o'clock at night.
Anyway, the official start will take place at 12.30 hours of the same day, with the exhibition, sale and tasting of chocolates and wines that will take place in the Casino lobby.
Saturday 8 December:
In the afternoon, from 17.30 hours, the conician from Gijón Sergio Helguera will lead a tasting and tasting of sweet and savory chocolates, followed by a chocolate and wine pairing session, also given by Helguera himself.
The day will be closed from the 23.00 hours with a party that will be titled "Party Cocoa", in which you can enjoy the cocktails shown in the meetings in the company of a selection of the best music.

The organizers present this event as a gastronomic alternative for the festive bridge, in which it is intended to transmit the legacy and cultural fusion provoked between Asturias and America through an element such as cocoa.
