    The XVI Craft Cheese Festival of Munilla, which will be held next 26 and 27 days, will gather 14 sheep, goat and cow cheeses from the autonomous communities of Asturias, La Rioja, Cantabria, Castilla y León, Extremadura, Navarra and the Basque Country .

    You can taste cheeses from the appellations of origin of Cabrales (Asturias); Picón-Bejes-Tresviso, Quesuco de Liébana and Nata Cheese (Cantabria) and Patamulo, Sheep Cheese from Palencia and Sheep Cheese from Soria (Castilla y León). They will also participate in the Cheese Days of the Sierra de San Pedro-Los Baldíos (Extremadura); camerano cheese and sheep cheese (La Rioja), Roncal (Navarra) and Idiazábal (Basque Country); as well as natural yogurts from Rioja Valley of the Cidacos-Biosphere Reserve.

    This gastronomic event allows promoting and publicizing Munilla, a locality of 70 inhabitants that, during the conference, receives the visit of some 4.500 people.

    This new edition supposes the consolidation of the days, that manage to give to know and put in value the natural, cultural and gastronomic resources of the Valley of the Cidacos.
