The second edition of the Puertas Film Fest opens with the French film 'Une simple historie', by Marcel Hanoun and premiered at 1959. Four days of independent cinema, 13 to August 16 space dedicated to short films. To the appointment will come actors and directors of the works that are projected.
There will be two projection spaces: the old school of the town, with a capacity for some 60 people and which at the same time will be set up as a Colloquium Room that will be held at the end of each session and on the other, the La Carpa del Cine space, whose Location will be communicated at the time.
If there is a cinema that does not arrive because it does not matter even if it is interesting and if there are lost villages that few people know and that no type of cinema can reach, why not join concepts?
We have the village in Asturias, Puertas de Cabrales, in the Natural Park of the Picos de Europa, a village that does not even reach the 50 inhabitants in winter and belongs to the Council of Cabrales, we already have cheese and cider and fabes and apples, the Naranjo de Bulnes and willing people but, among other things, the cinema is missing, there is not a single exhibition room in many kms. to the round and not one in all the Asturian east.
