Coinciding with the World Tourism Day are the technical days of tourism dedicated exclusively to gastronomy, will be held the 27 and 28 days of September in Ribadesella.
In the program there will be four presentations. They will be held in Polyvalent Center of La Atalaya, during the afternoon of Friday 27. They will be closed with a round table in which the professionals and assistants will participate.
The professors of kitchen of the School of Hotel industry of Llanes, Jaime Llano Díaz and Juan García Tamés, will give the first of them dedicated to the formation. They will talk about their years of experience and the importance of having a good base to offer quality service.
Tourist consultant Begoña Medio will talk about the "unforgettable memories" that in each trip leave us the flavors of the typical dishes of the country we visit. The director and professor of the School of Catering Gastronomic Marketing, Erika Silva Aguilera, will talk about the new tools of gastronomic marketing to get customers.
And finally, the head of Casa Fermín, Luis Alberto Martínez, will offer a talk about the "taste of sight", presented images of 60 different dishes and offering a tasting of jelly beans made in his establishment.
At midday of the same day 27, also at the Multipurpose Center of La Atalaya, will be presented the new tourist material published this year by the City Council of Ribadesella and the new promotional video recorded by Mía Cardeña de Haro. The data of the last tourist season will be announced, very different, according to the businessman with whom it is spoken.
On Saturday 28 closes the conference with a «showcooking» dedicated to the dishes made with rice and taught by the professors of the School of Hospitality of Llanes, Jaime Llano and Juan García. The demonstration will conclude with a tasting.
