Cangas de Onís will be the exit and finish of a journey through the peaks in Vespa and Lambretta, the so-called TraVespera, with 230 kilometers, will be the September 28, will travel 3 provinces and 1.750 m. of maximum altitude.
The last weekend of next September will be the first edition of the TraVespera, consisting of a return to the three massifs of the Picos de Europa on the classic Vespa or Lambreta bikes. The march, whose registration period was opened at the beginning of August, will start at the Camila Beceña square, next to the City Hall of Cangas de Onís, at the 10 on the morning of the 28 in September.
The bikers will set course, through the N-625, to the Pontón port to continue towards Posada de Valdeón and descend to Caín. Later, they will return to Posada de Valdeón to climb Pandetrave to Portilla de la Reina and then continue through San Glorio, Potes, La Hermida gorge, Panes, Arenas de Cabrales and, again, through the AS-114, back to the city of Cangas de Onís.
Over the years This route has been traveled by thousands of national and foreign motorcyclists, which qualify it as spectacular. The idea is that the event becomes a "great spectacular adventure" for all participants.
There will be prizes, the oldest Vespa or Lambreta to complete the tour; the oldest motorist who achieves the challenge; and the biker who comes with his Vespa or Lambreta from further away.
