Today the sale of food on the street known as food truck -name in English of the vans- is fashionable. In almost all events and markets have them to put the chic point at the moment food.
This gastronomic fever arrives in Gijón from the 24 to the 27 in March and park of Isabel la Católica will host the first stop of the Spanish Food Trucks Championship, a space of 150.000 square meters of green and recreational areas.
In these four days will combine the best gastronomic proposals of the chef with concerts, games and workshops designed for all audiences.
To achieve the award, the design, originality, creativity of the products, taste and the quality / price ratio will be taken into account. The winners will be chosen by a popular vote among the Food Trucks themselves, the attending public and a jury vote.
