The new edition will take place at the 28 in February at 5 in the afternoon at Ribadesella. The technical organization of this Competition will correspond to the Canoe Federation of the Principality of Asturias (FPPA) and its technical execution to the Cultural and Sports Society of Ribadesella.

Cadets, Women and Canoes:
Running 1,5 Km and paddling 3 Km.

Seniors, Sub 23 and Youth:
Running 1,5 Km and paddling 6,5 Km.

El route:
All the participants, provided each with their shovel, from the end of the Ribadesella Beach, will leave from the arena, in a running race to the place where the pirogues will have been deposited previously, making, then, the first one of the portage. They will board the boats and go up the river until they meet with a ciaboga that will be located some 100 meters upstream of the Ribadesella Sports Pavilion; This ciaboga will be taken, due to the conditions of the tide, leaving the same to the right of the boat.

It will descend to the place where the canoes were initially deposited, to carry out the second of the portage, and continue to the Ribadesella Bridge. At this moment the test for the following categories will end: - Women (all categories) - Canoes (all categories) - Cadets (all categories). These boats must leave the race course once their course is finished, being disqualified their continuation in it. The rest of the categories (Juvenile, Senior and Sub23 men kayakers), will continue the test taking one more round, going through the upstream ciaboga, to make the third of the portage and enter Meta to pass for the third time under the Bridge Ribadesella.
