Extensive white sand and gravel beach located in the vicinity of the Romanesque church / monastery of San Antolín de Bedón, at the mouth of the river Beón (River Bedón). This architectural ensemble is a Benedictine Romanesque temple, built in the 13th century. As it is a work with the construction features of the Císter, it has hardly any ornamentation. The beach is a windy beach with strong waves since it is very open, it is 1200 meters long by about 62 meters wide. Normally the level of occupation of San Antolín Beach is high in summer season, very busy and also visited by surfers.
